This is a double payment since there are no funds distributed in June. Some things to note are the fingerprint intercepts reflect May -June billing. I will be deducting the April intercepts in the August payment. The second common school fund payment will be processed in the coming weeks and should be similar to your January 2017 payment. Finally, I know many of you are curious what M98 looks like for your district, there will be information shared in the coming days. The grant coordinator for that is Donna Brant and may be able to answer a lot of your questions. As you may be aware, we have reached the end of a fiscal-year and state biennium. As a result, please be very timely with your June claims because ODE is not able to make July payments until June claims have been processed. Also, please do not enter June and July claims on the same reimbursement request. For financial reporting purposes, ODE must process June and July claims in separate payment batches. Please contact your grant manager or me, the Grants Coordinator, if you have any questions on availability of funds or the claims process. SEFA: All draws for claims through June 30th must be submitted in EGMS by close of business on July 24th to be included in ODE's 2017 Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA). These estimates are for planning purposes only. Final allocations will be calculated in the coming weeks and grant agreements will be sent out to all eligible entities. In the document posted today, charter school estimates are included with the district calculation. The estimates for the charter schools and revised amount for the districts will be available in the coming week. When eligible recipients have signed and submitted the grant agreement, the funds will be made available in the Electronic Grants Management System (EGMS).
