[Busmgrs] 2017 Business Manager/Auditor Communication Letter

Greetings All,
Attached please find the 2016-17 Business Manager Auditor Communication Letter and Supplemental Audit Requirement Templates.  The templates include a sample Revenue and Expenditures Spreadsheet, a sample Schedule of Federal Awards (SEFA), and Form 3211C.  If not already included in your audit, you will need to provide the information identified in the templates in a supplemental format.

The attached letter and supplemental templates are also posted on ODE's website on the Financial Memos page and will be posted in Consolidated Collections when the Actual Expenditures 16-17 and Actuals Revenue 16-17 come online in July.

The Actual collections will open in October and your paper audit is due on or before January 2, 2018.  The paper audit must be in a hardcopy format; electronic copies will not be accepted.
