[Busmgrs] 2016-17 State School Fund Estimate

Good Afternoon Everyone

We are moving right along today with only hours to spare before the May payment.  Here is the updated 2016-17 estimate. I added $2,000,000 to the fund from past year district correction collections. (Say that three times fast) Which you will see on the assumptions page. Please review and let me know if there are any major issues.
