[Busmgrs] 2015-16 Estimate

Hi Adam,

Our Transportation Estimate is still off for 2015-16. The total amount does
not foot. It should be $5,548,127 for the eligible expenditures before
multiplying it by 70%. It looks like the amount before our interest expense
was adjusted.

Also, our new garage depreciation was not added into the total. I have
attached the final sheet that Wes had submitted earlier this year. The
garage eligible Transportation Cost is $8,788,824.
We should get 1/25 of that added in for the depreciation.....
