Season's Greetings,
With Thanksgiving fresh in our memories and Christmas just around the corner, I am sending this friendly reminder that the Actual Collections are open through January 2, 2018.

For new business managers, or seasoned managers looking to confirm the process, I will be presenting the "Actuals & ESD Direct Support Webinar" this Thursday, Nov 29th, from 2:00-3:00 via GoToMeeting.   The handout documents and link to the training will be posted Thursday on ODE's District Home Page under Training/Video Training/Video Training - 2017-2018.  The video link will also be sent via email on Thursday.  For those unable to attend, the video will be posted in the 'Training' section after the presentation.  (The posting may take a day or two.)

To date, we have received 22 paper audits, 26 electronic audits (Actual submissions) and 15 districts have submitted both paper and electronic.

Hardcopy-paper audits are due to ODE by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 2, 2018.  To ensure delivery if mailing, please send to:
