[Busmgrs] I need your help for the State School Fund

[WILTFONG Michael - ODE]

Good afternoon Business Managers,

I desperately need your help, as we are nearing a critical time for the State School Fund and we need a complete set of data for the 2016-17 Transportation reports in order to rebalance costs and payments for final reconciliation in less than a month. These transportation reports were due September 1, 2017.

I wish we could be more discreet in our attempt to collect this data, but unfortunately we are quickly running out of time. Numerous attempts in the past to collect these reports have failed. There could be a number of reasons why your reports are not recorded as received - we need to discuss.

For the districts in the following table: If you would please respond directly to me at  michael.wiltfong at state.or.us<mailto:michael.wiltfong at state.or.us>   and insert your district's name in the subject line in your response, so I can easily sort through and catalog your responses. This will help me understand what is at stake for timelines.
