[Busmgrs] Indirect rate newsletter: Email to Business Managers from Julie Hansen

Dear Business Managers,

I'm getting ready to open the Indirect Cost Rate System (ICRS) for 2018-19 year and send out the notification to the districts and ESDs. Since the ICRS uses the generic business manager email address, BusMgr@[district name].k12.or.us, I want to be sure that everyone receives the emails. I'd also like to send out a newsletter that has some additional information in case there are new staff or for those needing a refresher. Please see the attached file.
