[Busmgrs] May 2019 Election and OSCIM Program

Dear Business Managers,

I hope everyone has been able to enjoy their summer and rest, relax, and get ready for another busy year. I realize that May 2019 seems like a long ways off, but if you are planning for an election, it is coming quickly.

This is to remind everyone that if you would like to apply for an OSCIM Program Matching Grant for the May 2019 election, you will need to submit your long-range facility plan and facility assessments to ODE by September 1, 2018. Please send your submissions to ode.schoolfacilities at state.or.us<mailto:ode.schoolfacilities at state.or.us>. If your submissions are greater than 5MB in size, please use our secure file transfer protocol and use the above email address as the recipient.

All submissions must meet the standards set forth in OAR 581-27-0035 and 0040 for the plans. Submissions that do not meet those standards will have very little time to fix the deficiencies so it would be good to check over the standards before submission.
