[Busmgrs] Update on Buildings collection

Dear Business Managers,

As of today, we have received 2017-18 Building Collection submissions from 53 of 197 Oregon School Districts.  The closing date for the collection is next Monday, January 22nd. Please provide the data to the collection by that time.

A number of districts have asked about the Upload and Download fields for internet connectivity in the 2017-18 Building Collection.  The maximum value for each of these two fields is 800 Mbps (Megabytes per second).  If your district has  school buildings where these speeds are more than 800 Mbps - these figures will be out of  range.  Where this is the case, please use the 800 Mbps maximum figure. We will adjust the field limits for the 2018-19 collection.
