[Busmgrs] Budget Collection Open

Hi All,
A note to let you know that the 2018-19 Budget Expenditure and Revenue collections are now open.  A friendly reminder that if you reconcile the numbers in your paper budget with the electronic reports in consolidate collections, you will greatly reduce the chances of being contacted by this office to make corrections.  And please be sure to verify any entry or change to a collection.

Paper budgets are due to ODE by July 15, 2018; electronic budgets (budget collections) by August 15, 2018.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being such an impressive group of school business professionals!  I have enjoyed the opportunity to work closely with many of you and you never fail to amaze at how many balls you keep in the air or the number of hats you wear.  This is a great job!

For those who have not heard, Friday will be my last day of work at ODE.  Next week I will officially be in the exciting realm of Retirement Land.   I'm looking forward to navigating in a world where every-day-is-a-Saturday. :)

My best wishes and regards to you as you begin the 2018-19 fiscal year.  Thank you for all of your courtesies and kindnesses over these past eight years.
