[Busmgrs] A message from Lindsay Malinowski: ESD Direct Support Collection Open

Good Morning Business Managers,

Just a quick note to let you know the ESD Direct Support collection opened on November 8, 2018 and will close on Friday, January 4, 2019.

The purpose of the collection is for ESDs to report services/financials provided directly to their component school districts. Resolution dollars and/or Local Service Plans, services provided with State School Fund dollars, would be included. Not included would be Federal and State grants-in-aid, contracted services, special regional programs, for example.

Only ESDs submit data to this collection, however school districts have access to the collection for review purposes, as this data is also used to review Maintenance of Effort for special education. Access to the data is available for school districts and ESDs to review accuracy and mitigate duplication of reporting.
