[Busmgrs] small high school grant

Good Afternoon,

Hope you all had a great weekend. The small high school grant is a $2.5 million dollar a year grant which is paid in May. I use actual ADM for the final payment of 17/18 and estimated ADM for a preliminary payment in 18/19. The amount of each grant = the small high school's ADM * (the total amount available for the grants in each fiscal year * the total ADM of all small high schools).

To be eligible for the grant your district must have a weighted average daily membership (ADMw) less than 8,500 and the high school must have an ADM less than 350. This grant does not include alternative programs or charter schools.
