[Busmgrs] 18-19 state school fund estimate

Good Morning,

Hope you all had a nice weekend and were able to relax. The 18-19 estimate is posted to the web for your review.

This latest estimate includes changes in carve outs on the cover page to include a $911,000 increase from donations. There were some slight changes in local revenue and 2nd period 18-19 ADM. I have also updated the special education weights with the special education child count collection. Finally there is the preliminary payment for the small high school grant and high cost disability grant. The high cost disability grant is based off data submitted in the 19-20 estimate of membership and revenue.

I'd like to use these estimates for the May payment which I will combine with your 17-18 final payment.
