[Busmgrs] 2017-18 estimates

Good Afternoon

The 2017-18 estimates are posted to the website. Changes to the final estimate include rolling in the $20 million reserve, adjusting carve outs for what was actually spent and adding in $2 Million due to corrections from the prior year. These will be used for the May payment.
