<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Just wanted you all to be aware that within the next two weeks we will be sending Maintenance of Effort pass/fail letters to district Superintendents across the state. We just received the first round of audit results from Jones and Roth, P.C. for the 2006-2007 school year. It appears that all but 13 districts passed on the first audit, and most consortiums passed, with 2-3 still pending. Please check in with your Superintendent to see the letter applicable to your district.</FONT></P>
