clarity on the restrictions of the additional IDEA funding under the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act (stimulus package). You will find a summary of the
expected overall increase in funding, what the Maintenance of Effort will be,
and the issues of supplement/supplant. This information came to us from a very
credible source (Council of State Chief School Officers) and is the clearest
description I have seen to date.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
