<div>I wanted to send a note to identify that the vendor information <u>is not</u> pre-populating with your cumulative vendor data if you click on the “<i>Pre-Populate FTE and Infrastructure Data with Previous Quarter’s Data and Save” </i>button. The ODE already

has the historical vendor data on file and in an attempt to reduce the amount of data being processed each quarter, we are only asking for the vendor information for the current reporting period or vendor information from a previous quarter that hasn’t been

reported. </div>

<div>As previously communicated, ODE added a “Payment Date” field for dates related to vendor payments. This field assists us in our review of the discreet individual vendor payments reported. The completion of this field is required when reporting vendor payments.

<b>Starting this reporting period, vendor information </b><u><b>is not</b></u><b> cumulative and you only need to report vendor payments during the current quarter. </b>For your reference, below is a link to ODE’s updated (12/6/2010) FAQ document on Section

1512 reporting.</div>

<div>As well, I wanted to remind everyone that in order for the state to meet the federal reporting deadline, ODE’s sub-recipients will have to submit their ARRA data to ODE by <b>December 31, 2010</b>. Unfortunately, ODE cannot grant any extensions for this

collection. </div>

<div>As of this morning, we have received data from approximately 50% of the field for the SFSF and Ed Jobs collections. With approximately one week remaining, and the limited availability of staff next week, both at the state and local level, I am getting

a little nervous. I know this is a very busy time of year for everyone, so please know we greatly appreciate your efforts in helping ODE meet its deadlines. </div>
