<div><span style="background-color:#FFFF00"><b>The “Final Date for Submission of Claims” for sub grants ending June30, 2011 will be extended to August 22, 2011.</b></span></div>

<div><b>All draws for June claims must be entered into EGMS by August 2</b><font size="1"><sup><b>nd </b></sup></font><b>to be included in your 2011 Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA).</b></div>

<div>Claims for June expenditures requested after that date will not be paid in the current biennium.  This could result in a delay in your June payments.  If you have any questions on this process please contact your grant staff or the Grants Coordinator.</div>
