<div>The December to June ratio is required per ORS 327.099(2). The purpose of the ratio is to bring estimated ADMr, based on second period, more in line with annual ADMr which is the basis of the reconciliation payment. The result of the calculations reduces
Second Period ADMr. If your district experiences a positive growth between Second Period ADMr and Annual ADMr, then no ratio is applied. The December to June Ratio does not increase ADMr beyond the actual amount in Second Period ADMr.</div>

<div>For 2011-12 statewide ADMr was reduced by 3,500.89. The December to June Ratio adjusted ADMr will be the basis of future payments for 2011-12 until actual annual ADM is available.</div>
