These estimated payments will be made as part of the May 2013 payment.</div>

<div>The preliminary payments are made based on the estimates the districts have provided us through the Estimate of Membership and revenue. The 2012-13 payments will be reconciled with actual 2012-13 information during the May 2014 payment.</div>

<div>The 2011-12 reconciliation will be published shortly and a notice will be sent out regarding that posting.</div>
