This process has led to redefining the functions of the offices with the Agency, and the fiscal responsibilities within those offices.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">To facilitate the new fiscal alignment the E Grant Management System will be offline from Monday December 30<sup>th</sup> through Sunday January 5<sup>th</sup> to allow the
staff time to roll all grant funds into the new funding indexes. This will have no effect on your funding sources, only on the roll-up data for the Agency. Please enter all claims into the EGMS system by December 24<sup>th</sup> to allow time for the offices
to process them prior to the offline period.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
