<div>The Facility Grant is $20 million for the 2013-15 biennium and will be prorated among qualified projects over the biennium. The estimated payout rate for the first half of the biennium is 5%. The estimated payout rate will be reconciled once all qualified

expenses for the biennium have been totaled. This will ensure that all projects receive the same rate for the biennium.</div>

<div>Those districts receiving a Facility Grant will receive the funding as part of their March 2014 SSF Payment.</div>
