<div>What new in this Estimate?</div>

<ol style="margin:0;padding-left:36pt;">

<li>2013-14 second period ADM, as adjusted by the December to June Ratio is the basis for ADMr, ESL, and Pregnant and Parenting.</li><li>IEP Counts from the December 2013 SECC are being used to estimate IEP counts.</li><li>2013-14 Neglected, Foster, and Delinquent counts are being used.</li><li>All local revenue and transportation updates made by the districts are included.</li><li>Facility Grant has been updated to account for actual distributions in 2013-14</li><li>Local Option Equalization Grants have been updated to account for actual distributions in 2013-14.</li></ol>
