<div>The December to June ratio adjusts Second Period ADM to bring it more in line with annual ADM. This makes for a potentially smaller swing in the reconciliation process. Historically, second period ADM has been higher than annual ADM. The December to June

ratio is the average of the ratios of second period to annual ADM for the past two years. This average is then used to reduce second period ADM.</div>

<div>If your second period ADM is lower than your annual ADM, then you will have no reduction to the second period ADM. If your second period ADM is higher than your annual ADm, then your second period ADM will be reduced. The reductions and ratios are in the

posting above.</div>
