<div>I wanted to let everyone know the Estimate of Membership and Revenue collection for 2015-16 is now open. So even though you just got your 2014-15 school year underway, you can start thinking about the next year.</div>

<div>I also want to give everyone some quick tips to ensure that the forms get filled out successfully.</div>

<ol style="margin:0;padding-left:36pt;">

<li>All financial data is to be recorded at the district level. </li><li>All IEP student counts are at the district level.</li></ol>

<ol type="a" style="margin:0;padding-left:72pt;">

<li>We have put an error in the form if any of these fields are filled out in the charter school form.</li></ol>

<ol start="3" style="margin:0;padding-left:36pt;">

<li>The district ADMr should be the total of the non-charter and charter ADMr in the district. Do not put in non-charter ADMr only in the district field.</li><li>Please watch those 0s such that 3 million does not become 30 million and vice versa.</li><li>If your district is implementing full-day kindergarten in 2015-16 then please enter kindergarten counts at the full amount. Normally you would divide kindergarten counts by 2, but if the district is offering full-day kindergarten, then enter at the full

amount.</li><li>If your district is not implementing full-day kindergarten in 2015-16 then please continue to divide the kindergarten counts by 2.</li><li>At this time there are no federal forest fees planned for 2015-16. Please enter 0 for those fields.</li></ol>
