<div>This is a friendly reminder that the 2015-16 Estimate of Membership and Revenue collection closes next Friday. So far about half of the districts have submitted data to me. Thank you for doing that.</div>

<div>Please get your data to me by next Friday. Please remember the following:</div>

<ol style="margin:0;padding-left:36pt;">

<li>If you have a charter school in your district, even if it is the only school, the district information must include the total ADM of the district, including the charter school. The charter school should only contain ADM data. No financial or SPED data should

be entered at the charter level. If the charter school is providing ESL or pregnant and parenting services, then those counts can be entered at the charter level</li><li>Full Day Kindergarten:</li></ol>

<li>If you are offering full-day kindergartener then count each full time kindergarten ADM as 1.</li><li>If you are not offering full-day kindergarten that will be reimbursed with state funds, then count each full time kindergartener as 0.5</li></ol>
