<div>The biggest news for this estimate is that actual revenues have been incorporated into the estimate. That means that all actual revenues are being used. As you will see, there was a significant jump, approximately $32 million, from last May’s estimate.

That additional revenue will be added to the formula in the reconciliation process.</div>

<div>There are still two variables to be updated for 2013-14. These are all the transportation costs and the 11% cap waiver calculation. These will be ready by the next 2013-14 estimate. </div>

<div>Up next on the schedule is a 2015-16 estimate incorporating the $7.255 billion bill passed by both chambers. After that estimate, we will be producing another 2014-15 estimate. In the meantime, please check your local revenue for 2014-15 and all of your

numbers for 2015-16. If you need to update, please let me know right away so we can get that information incorporated into the next estimate. </div>
