<div>I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season and enjoying some time with family and friends. Many of you have been asking about the Facility Grant and application for the 2015-16 distribution. Please find attached the application form as well as
some additional information.</div>

<div>Please remember that applications are due by February 15, 2016. That due date includes an application being post marked by February 15. You can hand deliver, email the application as an attachment, or mail the application. This is a paper application and
does not have any sort of collection through which you can submit. </div>

<div>Please note a few common errors:</div>
<div> You must submit drawings or pictures of the project</div>
<div>You must include enough detailed expense reports so I can verify all costs are eligible. I don’t need every single receipt, but more than a one-page summary</div>

<div>The 2015-16 Facility Grant will be distributed with the March 2016 payment.</div>
