<div>I wanted to let you know that I will be moving on from the position of State School Fund Coordinator. I have recently been given a promotion within ODE. I will be taking on the role of School Facilities Coordinator full time. In that role I will be working

on the OSCIM Program, technical grants, and other programs established under SB 447.</div>

<div>I am very excited for the promotion, new challenges and opportunities. However, I have enjoyed the past five years as your State School Fund Coordinator. I will miss those interactions with you and your staff.</div>

<div>I can’t believe that it has been five years since I first joined ODE without a clue what I was doing. You were very welcoming and patient with me as I learned the ropes and got my legs under me. You then exhibited even more patience when my answer always

seemed to be “no” as the state pulled itself out of the recession. I have learned a lot from the OASBO community and thank you for that.</div>

<div>Thank you also for all of the invitations to speak and meet with everyone across the state. I enjoyed the travel and getting to see everyone. It took a while but I also finally learned the dress code for each region of the state. I enjoyed the trainings

and presentations at all of the conferences. It was great being a resource for everyone as well. Together I think we have built a solid program that will easily survive the transition.</div>

<div>The good news is that I will continue to be heavily involved in the State School Fund for the next couple of months. I know that Mike Wiltfong will soon be recruiting for the new coordinator. Once that person is on board, I will help train them and get

everyone through the May payment. I plan to continue to go to the zone meetings for this year as well. So together we should be able to make for a smooth transition for the next person. Speaking of the next person, if anyone is interested or knows of someone

who is interested, please let them know. We will also be posting the job announcement once it is ready to go. </div>
