<div>I apologize for the rough release of the 2015-16 estimate. When we implemented HB 2150 the spreadsheet I used changed and the data did not line up exactly. I didn’t catch that in time and thus the errors with the Common School Fund. The errors with the

Small High School Grant and High Cost Disability Grant were due to Murphy’s law and trying to move too fast.</div>
