<p class="MsoNormal">The January 2017 payment has been made. However, statements are not posted to the web. We are having some technical issues with the statements showing a double payment. Our IT department has diligently been working on the issue since last
Thursday. I can assure you there was not a double payment or a miss calculation. It appears the system that generates the statement assumed there was two payments from completing a rebalance of the state school fund last month. I apologize for any confusion
this may have caused. We will post the statements as soon as they are corrected.

<p class="MsoNormal">Remember the <b>Facilities Grant</b> is open now until <b>February 15, 2017</b>. Please have accurate, detailed applications since there is a quick turnaround for payment.

<p class="MsoNormal">Also, the <b>High Cost Disability</b> collection opens <b>January 19, 2017</b> and closes
