<p class="MsoNormal">Hope you all are doing well. I wanted to give districts the opportunity to adjust their estimate of membership and revenue prior to a November rebalance. If you feel you have a need to adjust your local revenue due to the Comcast settlement,
federal forest fees or a large swing in enrollment please contact me. I will be allowing changes till October 12<sup>th</sup> at which time I need to close the collections and start the rebalance process.
