We do not have additional resources, but we may be able to find creative ways to meet your needs. Follow-up meetings or communications will be sent to assure we heard you correctly and then to discuss options for solutions. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>SCD wants to extend a special thank you to Catherine Webber who has graciously volunteered her time to be the neutral third party and to help us be successful with this project. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>*For the purposes of these meetings, a <b>novice</b> is defined as a State of Oregon employee that has been using the system for one to five years. It is important for us to capture the kinds of data entry and other related challenges you experience.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>**For the purposes of these meetings, an <b>expert</b> is defined as a State of Oregon employee that has been using the system for more than five years and is performing complex transactions. We want to know what types of transactions or reporting mechanisms create the most stress for you and why. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>***For the purposes of these meetings, a <b>manager </b>is responsible for the work of others.
