<i>SPOTS Purchase Card Program</i> earlier. The version that is actually out-for-comment is now posted on the SARS website. As before, there are two versions, one utilizing track changes and one without. The substantive portion of the proposed updates to
the OAM add paragraph 130.g and amend paragraph 131.c, which related to authorized and unauthorized purchases, respectively.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Two versions are available, including one that uses track changes. The most significant change is to prohibiting use of the SPOTS card for employee moving expenses due to federal tax changes in 2018 that precipitated the change to OAM 50.20.00
