is part of Governor Kate Brown’s <a href="https://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_19-03.pdf">
Executive Order No. 19-03</a>, which is aimed at improving Oregon’s child welfare system to better serve our most vulnerable children and families.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
