</b>FEMA's Grant Programs Directorate has created the attached <i>Duplication of Benefits Frequently Asked Questions</i> to help Federal grant recipients and subrecipients better understand this prohibited activity. These FAQs provide answers and examples to
common duplication of benefits related questions and scenarios, including multiple grant source funding, cost sharing, best practices to prevent a duplication, and when and how to report one. For further guidance on a specific grant program, please contact
