Hi, 

Shall each contributing library complete a registration form or will there just be one form under the State Library?  I'm concerned it will be confusing if we each complete a form and send it electronically but then that may be the best way to get the info to the conference organizers.

As Robert previously emailed -it will be $150 to have exhibit space for 3 days at OLA, April 1 - 3. 
  
Diana has said the State of Oregon Law Library will participate ($50) 
  
And, the State Library will participate ($50) 
  
Is there at least one other player? ODOT, OSHA or Archives? Split the $50? 
  
The registration form is due this Friday, the 13th. We could turn in the form on time and send the money at a later date. The easiest method for payment is to have each participating agency make out a check to OLA. 
  
I do think this would be a fun way to market our services/collections to the Oregon library community.

I checked the website for exhibits (http://www.olaweb.org/mc/page.do?sitePageId=80700&orgId=ola) as promised. A non-commercial table would be $150 and could certainly be split across libraries if you wanted to share. I've copied Michele Burke, the registration chair, on this message just to get her in the loop. Please let me know if you'd like to pursue this and Michele and I can help you work with the registration and setup issues.
