[Capital_Librarians] OLA Exhibit project

I am planning to go ahead and fill out the paperwork needed to reserve the exhibit table for OLA, as it is due this Friday.
The total cost is $150 and we have a commitment from OSL and SOLL for $50 each.  I think we can come up with the other $50 before the final payment deadline.
 
We will need to track down an exhibit board.  Our State Library exhibit board will be use by another department during OLA.  
Could we use ODOT's or OSHA's?
 
We can each plan what we'd like to share about our respective libraries. The audience will be public and academic librarians. I'll reserve time on the agenda at our March 4th meeting for further discussion/plans. We can also share themes/plans/ideas/suggestions via this email list.
