[Capital_Librarians] Our OLA exhibit table

Hello Cap Libs-
 
Does anyone have access to a table-top display board that we can use for our Capital Librarians exhibit at OLA?
The State Library has one, but it has been spoken for and will be in use during OLA. 
At our next meeting we will put together our plans for the exhibit.  Please think about the information that you would like to promote about your library and services.
 
Next meeting: Wednesday, March 4th, 10 - 11AM
Basement Room 9, at the Oregon State Library 
Agenda items will include: 
Web tour of the legislative web site, by Patricia 
Further discussion/plans for OLA exhibit table
            What will we share?
            How will we staff the table?
            Handouts? 
Web tour of GovSpace, by Jerry (if time allows)
Plans for the next meeting
