[Capital_Librarians] exhibit worksession

Those of us who are creating exhibits for our OLA table will have work session on March 25 at 3:00 at OR-OSHA, in the basement of the L&I building, 350 Winter ST. NE. (next door to the State Library), 
 
I should have enough Velcro for all who need it. I am making a 3" X 20" heading, on foam core, for OSL and the Leg Library. I can make one for each library if you'd like, just let me know.  I'll have a mock-up of our handout for everyone to see, too.
 
OSL has several plastic brochure holders. If I know how many we might need I can plan to have these at the exhibit also. 
 
We will be using ODOT's display board.  It has 5 sections; each section is 46" X 23".
 
OSL - two 8.5" x 11" panels
Legislative Library 20" x 26" panel
ODOT, Maps & History center - one panel
Archives one 20 x 30 panel 
Blue Book one 20 x 30 panel
Law Library - ?
OR-OSHA - ?
 
Leg Lib and OSL will be sharing one section.
Can OR-OSHA and SOLL share one, too?
