[Capital_Librarians] Touring the State Archives

Hello Capital Librarians -
 
Spring is here and the weather, I hope, will be perfect for a walk to the State Archives on May 14th.
 
Several new OSL staff members have asked for a tour of the archives and we have one scheduled for the second Thursday in May.  All of you are welcome to join us. 
We will be gathering in the lobby of the State Library at 8:30 AM and will walk to the State Archives building, at the corner of Summer and D Street. It is about a 15 minute walk.  Layne Sawyer will be our tour guide.  I think the tour will last about an hour.
 
Please let me know if you would like to walk with us or meet us there.  There is a parking lot, accessible from Summer St., which is metered.
