[CAPP] Follow up note from Elizabeth re availability of no cost tables to nonprofits

Thank you for forwarding this!  Could you also please remind the group that there are a limited number of free exhibitor tables available to local nonprofit agencies?  If they are interested in having a table at the conference they should reply as soon as possible.
