[CAPP] Facilitator needed for CAPP Meeting wednesday

Hello Again CAPP members.  We will also need a volunteer to facilitate the
meeting this Wednesday.  It would be great to have someone facilitate who
hasn't done so before, so please consider doing this!   thanks.
