[CAPP] fiscal agent

I have invited united way to talk with us at the meeting on wednesday at around 245 to talk about fiscal agent work especially for the money piece

I am a strong adovate for us to use UNITED WAY  as our fiscal agent  for the entire poverty conference and subsequent work. I am not advocating moving the money we have at FDC just putting the money we get for the conference and followup  events.
