[CAPP] conference info

attached are some workups for the conference, please print them  and bring them to the capp meeting on wednesday july 18th  at 2:30 at the united way office

some questions they may need to be answered are

How much money is capp going to put up for this event???

How many participants does capp hope to have  (150 or 400)???

Should there be a admission/ registration fee????

Is there another venue we have not considered????

Who could handle the production of this,( food , microphones, tables,chairs ,all the support services, registration advertising etc.)?????
