1.       Introductions/Welcome New Members!

2.      Treasurer’s Report – Karin

3.      Conference Speaker Coordination – Cindy

4.      Current Registration numbers/wait list management – Diane/Lisa

5.      Lunch & Snacks – Diane, Kelly

6.      Breakfast Meeting– Lisa, Diane

7.      Facilitators update– Cindy

8.      Conference site set up/take down/clean up (do we know if we can set up the night before?) – Jerry, Shawna

9.      Registration table/certificates of attendance – Diane

10.  Breakfast attendee number/invitations/name tags – Lisa, Cindy, Diane

11.  Donor Advertising – Packets – Jessica

12.  Venue technology update – computer, flip charts, etc.

13.  Food Donations – Kelly will bring the donation barrel, UCAN will pick up food after 10:00am the day of the conference
