[CAPP] two letters

Hi Barry.  The letters look great.  My question is regarding future plans
of CAPP as outlined in the letter.  I remember hearing that we didn't plan
to fund people attending the national conference but rather get others
interested enough to find ways to cover their own costs. I may be mistaken,
what do others think?
