Hi Everyone,
We've had some successful projects with the beginnings for a garden at Westside Community Garden. And, if you haven't had a chance to visit Facebook<https://www.facebook.com/WestsideGardenRoseburg> or stop by the garden has been plowed! Gardeners are anxious to begin planting but there is a lot of work we need to accomplish before that happens. We have a variety of tasks we need accomplish- small and large...

May 18 @10-2pm Garden Work Day re-building shed, possibly moving cement blocks in addition to depending on number of attendees. Also accepting Garage Sale Donations at this time.

May 25 @10-2pm Garden Work Day possibly building the fencing, depends on water layout. Also accepting Garage Sale Donations at this time.

May 27 @6:30pm Layout Plots Come check out how the garden is shaping up and help layout the plots.

May 30 Garage Sale Sorting Day @3pm We have lots of donated garage sale items that need sorting and tagging!

May 31 & June 1 @8am-2pm Garage Sale Weekend Come support the garden and find some treasurers! We have lots to choose from!

I also need to arrange a truck to help move some garage sale items. I can't do all this alone, so please lend a hand when you can! Please call me and let me know your availability to so we can put this dream into a reality this season! My hope is to have gardeners planting by June 1st- and if you want a garden plot contact me if you haven't already otherwise I can not guarantee your spot.

Thanks,

Karen Snyder
