[CAPP] Minutes and Nov 20 Mtg

Attached are the minutes for the Oct 16 capp mtg

Karin will write  the agenda for Nov 20 mtg
I will not be attending on nov 20

The mtg of Dec 18th will be  a strategic planning session  for 2014 with Jerry O Sullivan leading, assume that mtg will last 90 minutes

A letter will be going out to the agencies inviting them to this session
