SENSORY PROCESSING DISORDER (SPD)
"Caring for the Under or Over Stimulated Child"
Due to subtle symptoms, SPD can often go undiagnosed. These children may struggle with everyday tasks like opening a jar, have sensitivity to noise, social anxieties or other symptoms. This workshop will explore the causes and identification of sensory processing disorders and their effects on social, motor, and language development in young children.

October 15th 6:30-8:30pm
Umpqua Community College in Tech Center Rm 119

Facilitated by Barbara Stoner, Disabilities Specialist

Cost of the class is $15. Free if you are an exempt DHS child care provider.
